Outcomes

Prospectuses, Presentations, and Final Reports

During the program, all participants will be required to turn in a prospectus, do a midterm presentation, do a final presentation, present a poster, and turn in a final report. All presentations and papers must meet with the approval of a program mentor before being submitted. The prospectus will describe the project the participant will be working on, as well as what they hope to accomplish and how they will do it. Midterm presentations will be given midway through the program and will be shown to all the participants to demonstrate the processes and progress of the project. Final presentations and final reports are submitted at the end of the program to demonstrate further progress, any changes that were made, and any findings. Here are some examples of some of those outcomes from previous years. Please look through them to get an idea of what will be expected of you if you are accepted into the program.
